I've been thinking lately about how important a balanced diet ... And not just for food.
When I'm eating carbs, protein and fat I need to keep your body and mind working am conscious of the mixture. I have a very balanced diet to eat too many saturated fats and refined sugars to avoid the aim to eat good quality food. I like delicious food and really enjoy eating out with friends and family, and I am also aware that I choose to eat an impact on my ability to be fit for the things I want and is very strong. I am not a born-again saints food, I eat chocolate cake if I really want, but I felt that they best fuel I used on a regular basis are not.
Although my main focus is executive coaching, I also private clients with a variety of work for all sorts of reasons. Recently I worked with a number of clients to help them with food to overcome a dysfunctional relationship, and I realized that some people even a dysfunctional relationship with Roy.
My coaching clients often tell me, maybe they need feedback, or to love to get feedback and response I understand what they mean is interested. After all, a person's "positive response" another person's' unprecedented character attacks "... and sometimes the person who tells you that they do not receive any response whose owner says the same person may be maybe "they do not take feedback well. Other people tell me they are afraid to even respond to someone because they have a" difficult discussions "do not want to.
So what I equate to the way people relate to food and are looking for in response? I see people who face the following issues
* Easy to use feedback
* Use it as a distraction from your worries
* Has no idea of portion control, sometimes there is not enough and sometimes there is enough to feed an army
* It expects a large part of the sweet and sweet ... And we all know the sweet, sweet stuff a diet does not help us to get anywhere in good condition
* Use it to punish myself, my grandmother used to look a bit like medicine: If it is not doing you any good it can taste good.
However, other people actually believe the response is a useful tool to keep them on track and help them get where they want to go. To me, that seems like a more useful relationship is with feedback. Feedback so you can learn how a healthy relationship?
Of fuel to consider as to how to react? The only way that you can plan a trip, the destination for you to think about (purpose or goal) are aiming to think more about food (opinion) is how you need to get there. .. Put in so much and you can 't eat it all, too little and you can not destination. If you scroll down is too long, energy levels sink, and yet, when you get more food for fuel to run, you may find you have very little appetite. If it's a long trip and a meal you do not get there, would have to factor the need to regularly top-up form.
